Credits measure the work ERP AI completes for you. They are used for priced ERP AI operations, requests to connected systems, deliveries, code execution and active hosted websites. Building apps, inviting teammates and configuring workflow logic do not use credits.
No. Credits purchased in a Starter, Growth, Scale or Enterprise package never expire. Use them whenever your apps, workflows and operations need them.
You can buy another prepaid package or continue at the pay as you go rate of $0.005 per credit. There is no monthly subscription.
Yes. When you use your own API keys or connect Codex, ERP AI does not charge you for the model tokens used through that connection. You still use credits for ERP AI operations, connected system requests, code execution and website hosting.
Yes. Every credit package works across unlimited team members, apps and workflows. ERP AI does not charge by seat.
A team is a shared workspace for your apps, workflows, websites, data connections and credentials. Everyone works from the same governed resources and release history.
There is no minimum fee for starting a workflow. You pay for the operations that actually run. Conditions, routing, variables and waiting are included. Provider pagination is counted by real request, not by every record returned.
Each code executor node uses 3 credits for every started 5 minute block of runtime. A run from 1 second through 5 minutes uses 3 credits. A run over 5 minutes through 10 minutes uses 6 credits. Code nodes are measured separately. Workflow queues and approval waits outside the code node are included.
Each active website uses 1,000 credits per month. Drafts and preview deployments do not use hosting credits.
Storage uses 100 credits per GB per month.
Enterprise adds higher throughput and workflow capacity together with role based access, organization wide administration, audit logs, retention controls, data exports and security reporting.
